Ward urges youngsters to grow up
Cheltenham Town manager John Ward has urged the younger players in his squad to grow up fast and make sure their attitudes are right for every game.
Ward told BBC Radio Gloucestershire: "They train well and work hard but must make decisions quicker in each match.
"We had a few go quiet at the weekend and feel a bit sorry for themselves when we were 3-0 down against Bury.
"They found it tough as they didn't know how to get out of it until the half-time break."
Ward added: "I asked them they you wait for me and that they need to do it for themselves on the pitch.
"That's what they have to learn as a young group of people they have to come through that better."
