Congratulations to the team, we worked hard and got the result and a clean sheet to boot.

The 3 pronged attack of Martins-Owen-Viduka worked well with Viduka and Owen scoring, Owen getting his second in two games. Looks like he is back on form and in time for England game.

We look like we will avoid the drop if we keep playing like we have been.

From the highlights, it looked like the sort of match Newcastle fans have been crying out for, for ages. Attack attack attack. They were all over Fulham, and could've easily won it by about 4 or 5. So many chances - looked like a great game.

Still don't know why N'Zogbia doesn't start though. I'd have him on the left, and Barton in place of Butt.

Butt had a good game. I can't complain about the side when we win. Outstanding display from each and every one of them.

Good result and much needed for Newcastle - from what I saw of the highlights Barton had a really good game.

Keegan squirting his water bottle up in the air: poor bloke, you could see he's been practicing and dying to do that for ages....well for 8 games anyway.

Congrats Geordie boys, this could be the lift you need - and good timing too, Fulham could be going in the opposite direction.

I watched this one and enjoyed it...glad Owen scored but I don't know why Keegan keeps taking Martins off...I think Martins and Owen would be dynamic upfront.

Also, Nzogbia should be starting...not Geremi...he's terrible with crosses and corners...don't know why Barton doesn't take the corners...

Overall great game and glad to see Newcastle Firing away.

It sure is and he is the saviour and the messiah don't forget that. Saving us from the Championship league. Fulham were on a bit of a revival, we put a stop to that. You should have watched the game, we are a changed side now. All attack attack, and the defence did well this time. Did I mention we are a big club and we deserve to be at the top. Cliches over.
