Hes never done well with the club, they never moved forward with him in charge, looks like he will be gone soon. If they lose their next few league games he will probably be sacked.

Totally agree.
I try hard to not take anything away from the result from their point of view - they played extremely well and deserve that spot - however it is worrying to see the how Villa performed. There was no passion there at all. |

Yep i wouldnt take him, there is more to consider than his workrate on the pitch. He doesnt seem to get into the team spirit thing whereever hes at and i dont think owuld be a positive influence on the dressing room.
