Discuss who you think is the greatest golfer of all time here.

A poll will be set up once we have some nominations followed by a vote. Winner will be added to the big thread.

This is too easy. Tiger. There's a couple other golfers that come close, but in the end, Tiger will just continue to win and win and win. He's got many years ahead of him.

I guess I'm going to be in the minority , but right now I'd say Jack Nicklaus .

When , and I'm sure it is when , Tiger gets his 19th Major then I'll change my opinion .

Until then , Jack has the most Majors , Jack is the best golfer .

Tiger Woods. The irony of the greatest golfer of all time being a black man, I shalt never get over it.

Shocked Confused Mad Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil
is that not a little offensive?

No, why would it be?

Tiger Woods is a black man, golf is mostly ennoyed by white conservative old men and despite facing severe discrimination from them especially in his early career, he had proceeded to wipe the floor with them.

I think that is ironic and amusing.

My thoughts exactly.

NOw i don't know a whole lot about golf ,but i'm guessing the names that keep coming up Hogan ,Nicklaus and Norman never played in an era where there were so many other top golfers. I.E. Els,mickleson, Singh, etc etc. For Tiger to be doing what he's doing seems quite impressive from my untrained eye.Especially when one thinks that the majority of the people who follow golf are rooting against him for whatever reason. His mental toughness is second to nobody in sport right now.
