AC Milan and Juventus have agreed a swap deal ahead of the January market.
Milan have offered to make goalkeeper Christian Abbiati's loan move to Juventus into a permanent transfer, while Jonathan Zebina will move in the opposite in straight exchange.
The sticking point, however, is Abbiati, who is reluctant to sign outright with Juve if he will only be considered second-choice to the returning Gigi Buffon.
