Just to stop the confusion between the two, this is the Rugby League voting thread, the "Rugby" one is purely Union

The King ...... Wally Lewis

The only player to win the Golden Boot at 2 different positions ..... Darren Lockyer

Other possibilities include , Andrew Johns , Allan Langer , Ellery Hanley , Brett Kenny , Keiron Cunningham , Clive Churchill , Reg Gasnier .

I'm out of my depth well and truly here.

I did predict Roby to be the man of steel one day when he was a kid though. Smile

I'd have to say Johns but players like Lewis, Daley, Churchill, Gasnier, Raper are all up there. I saw alot more of Johns so i'd say him.

Not going to call you a homer but I've noticed your location Laughing Laughing Laughing

That said , Joey was a great player , and no doubt lots of fun to be around Cool .

Although personally I'd give Lockyer the edge , it's damn close .

I'm not a Knights fan and I despised Johns Wink

As a person - f*ckwit; player - brilliant.
