Rangers and Hearts are monitoring Kenny Miller's situation at Wolves.

The Scotland international striker has rejected a new contract from Wolves this week and that has alerted both SPL clubs to his availability next month.

"Kenny has made it clear that he won't be signing the contract we have offered him," said Wolves boss Glenn Hoddle yesterday.

"He says he wants to keep his options open, so we have to live with that - we can't force him to sign."

Hoddle denied that any club had contacted Wolves regarding Miller's availability and warned possible suitors that signing him before his contract expires in the summer would not be a cheap option.

"Nobody has been on the phone enquiring about him," added the former England manager. "If they do they will have to pay decent money or he'll stay until the end of the season. We've made him a fabulous offer and feel we've done all we can."

He won't go to Celtic, and I can't realistically see Rangers going for him either, he's a smart player but not who I would like to see going back.

Well I heard Rangers are favourites to sign him.
Rangers spending money like it's going out of fashion again, is it big Eck's last resort time?
