Peace Queen Cup - Swwon , South Korea

To be held in mid June.

Group A

A1 South Korea

A2 North Korea

A3 Canada

A4 Argentina

Group B

B1 USA

B2 Italy

B3 Brazil

B4 Australia

I think this could be a USA V Brazil final. The two Koreans sides can be so upredictable so I'll go for Canada to get through group A but can't guess who'll go through with them.

It is strange with Italy being the only representative for the Europeans. I thought England may have stood a chance this time round but obviously not.

I wouldn't hold me breath for it to be on , Eurosport haven't done to well this year on the footie. It used to be shown but we're have to wait to nearer the time of the tournament.

North Korea have pulled out of this tournament.

They will be replaced by New Zealand.

Do you know why the North Korean women pulled out? They have a pretty good team (shockingly).

And it's Suwon, not Swwon. Razz

Also from what I've read about the tournament. Only the winners of the groups 'advance' into the finals.

No it didn't say why they pulled out. But good news for New Zealand.

Yes the winners from each group do go through to the finals.

There is a possibility that it might be streamed at ussoccer.com. Not 100% sure on this but just found out that they streamed the full 90 minutes of the Olympic qualifying matches.

Once again, you are correct. Very Happy

They might show the final. Haven't confirmed that yet though.

You can see highlights to USA - Australia Here. On the little video screen on the right.
