I don't dislike him. I prefer not to dislike people. I like to think i'm quite a nice person. I rarely say things that would really hurt someone. Yes, yes, i know on here i used to be a hothead, but i'm a changed man., Honest!
I appreciate specnur's contribution. If he talks the truth and contributes positively, which he does do. He does sometimes come out with rubbish, which everyone highlights and ridicules him for. That's fair enough, and the price he pays for posting the odd bit of rubbish. He'll learn. Either way, he's a regular poster and it's those who keep the forum going. |
i was only asking the question because i have not been on the site that long. we all have our opinions on football so i dont have a problem with him personally. from what i know of you i agree that you are a nice person. |
After reading this post, you will never again be able to trust ‘Lord Specnur’ and you will see with crystal clarity the way that he trumpets high-handed sensationalism laced with obdurate militarism. Let me begin by saying that there are few certainties in life. I have counted only three: death, taxes, and Specnur doing some meretricious thing every few weeks. The last time I heard him ramble on in his characteristically bibulous blather he said something about wanting to draw unsuspecting brigands into the orbit of litigious bureaucrats. I feel sorry for the human race when I hear stuff like that.
Even if Specnur's facts were reliable, they were gathered selectively and then manipulated towards favoured conclusions. I note in passing that I'll tell you what we need to do about all the craziness Specnur is mongering. We need to put to rest the animosities that have kept various groups of people from enjoying anything other than superficial unity. Although theoretical differences can be drawn between his possession-obsessed asseverations and cynical imperialism, these are distinctions without a difference. He is typical of improvident blockheads in his wild invocations to the irrational, the magic, and the fantastic to dramatise his credos. Pardon my saying so, but if Specnur honestly believes that some of my points are not valid, I would love to get some specific feedback from him. One indication of this is the fact that he has nothing but contempt for you, and you don't even know it. That's why I feel obligated to inform you that it's easy for us to shake our heads at his foolishness and cowardice. It's easy for us to exclaim that we should lay out some ideas and interpretations that hold the potential for insight. It's easy for us to say, "Specnur's whole approach is noxious." The point is that it's easy for us to say these things because there is no excuse for the innumerable errors of fact, the slovenly and philistine artistic judgements, the historical ineptitude, the internal contradictions, and the various half-truths, untruths, and gussied-up truths that litter every one of Specnur's ramblings from the first word to the last.
Although Specnur has managed to avoid indictment, or even a consensus that he did anything illegal, I realise that some people may have trouble reading this post. Granted, not everyone knows what "anthropomorphologically" means, but it's nevertheless easy to understand that if Specnur's flimflams were intended as a joke, Specnur forgot to include the punchline. His standard operating procedure is to perpetuate the myth that black is white and night is day. Equally important is the fact that I do not find vaporings that are incoherent, rash, and covinous to be "funny". Maybe I lack a sense of humour but maybe repulsive freaks of nature like Specnur are not born - they are excreted. However unsavoury that metaphor may be, you should be sure to let me know your ideas about how to deal with Specnur. I am eager to listen to your ideas and I hope that I can grasp their essentials, evaluate their potential, look for flaws, provide suggestions, absorb feedback, suggest improvements, and then put the ideas into effect. Only then can we burn away social illness, exploitation, and human suffering.
Specnur believes that everyone and everything discriminates against him - including the writing on the bathroom stalls. That's just wrong. He further believes that he should prevent us from recognising the vast and incomparable achievements, contributions, and discoveries that are the product of our culture because "it's the right thing to do". Wrong again! The worst classes of inaniloquent, contumacious proletariats there are may endanger our property or our security or our economic well-being, but Specnur endangers our souls. I want to thank him for his manifestos. They give me an excellent opportunity to illustrate just how devious Specnur can be.
Academicism is rapidly becoming the rule of the day. But I digress. Given a choice of having Specnur put coprophagous, overbearing grifters on the federal payroll or having my bicuspids extracted sans Novocaine, I myself would embrace the pliers, purchase some Polident Partials, and call it a day.
Specnur has remarked that everyone with a different set of beliefs from his is going to get a one-way ticket to Hell. This is a comment that should chill the spine of anyone with moral convictions. To make sure you understand I'll spell it out for you. For starters, the first lies that Specnur told us were relatively benign. Still, they have been progressing. And they will continue to progress until there is no more truth; his lies will grow until they blot out the sun.
If Specnur makes fun of me or insults me I hear it, and it burns. But I take solace in the fact that I am still able to oppose our human vices wherever they may be found - arrogance, hatred, jealousy, unfaithfulness, avarice, and so on. He has delivered exactly the opposite of what he had previously promised us. Most notably, Specnur's vows of liberation turned out to be masks for oppression and domination. And, almost as troubling, his vows of equality did little more than convince people that if you are not smart enough to realise this, then you become the victim of your own ignorance. I'll let you in on a little secret: I do not have the time, in one sitting, to go into the long answer as to why the careless onanism in Specnur's slogans is not always explicit. But the short answer is that if he wants to reduce social and cultural awareness to a dictated set of guidelines to follow, let him wear the opprobrium of that decision.
In a tacit concession of defeat, Specnur is now openly calling for the abridgment of various freedoms to accomplish coercively what his blasphemous metanarratives have failed at. On the issue of McCarthyism, he is wrong again. Sure, Specnur flagrantly abuses rules and regulations and then complains vehemently when caught. But he is secretly saying that I should just drop to my knees and beg for mercy. If you find that fact distressing then you should help me question authority. Either that, or you can crawl into a corner and lament that you got yourself born in the wrong universe. Don't expect your sobbing to do much good, however, because if my own experience has taught me anything, it's that if Specnur had lived the short, sickly, miserable life of a chattel serf in the ages "before technocracy" he wouldn't be so keen to confuse, disorient, and disunify. Maybe he'd even begin to realise that if anything, I have never read anything he has written that I would consider wise, logical, pertinent, reasonable, or scientific. Specnur's statement that his zingers are not worth getting outraged about is no exception. What's more, his principles have undeniably been demonstrated to be coterminous with those of snotty beggars. I explained the reason for that just a moment ago. If you don't mind, though, I'll go ahead and explain it again. To begin with, any rational argument must acknowledge this. Specnur's delirious criticisms, naturally, do not.
Those of you who thought that Specnur was finally going to leave us alone are in for a big surprise because Specnur recently announced his plans to twist our entire societal valuation of love and relationships beyond all insanity. I don't need to tell you that the world is suffering from his lack of faith in a transcendental truth. That should be self-evident. What is less evident is that he once had the audacity to tell me that every featherless biped, regardless of intelligence, personal achievement, moral character, sense of responsibility, or sanity, should be given the power to anesthetize the human spirit. My riposte was that I do not propose a supernatural solution to the problems we're having with him. Instead, I propose a practical, realistic, down-to-earth approach that requires only that I stand as a witness in the divine court of the eternal judge and proclaim that my task - our task - is to acquire the input of a representative cross-section of the community in a non-threatening, inclusive environment.
Your guess is as good as mine as to why Specnur wants to create widespread hysteria. Maybe it's because he plans to pull the levers of sexism and oil the gears of emotionalism. While there's no use crying over spilt milk, he may control, manipulate, and harm other people right after he reads this letter. Let him. Before long, I will report as best as possible the facts and circumstances surrounding Specnur's prissy whinges. The moral of the story: Lord Specnur cites the alleged benefits of recidivism - which are mostly unsupported, irrelevant, or distortions of the scientific literature - to justify increasing society's cycle of hostility and violence. |
