yeah its hard to create interest in those sections , unless you are german , irish or a fan of the lower leagues then they will obviously be less busy . I dont think in the three years we have been going much interest has been generated in those sections ....whatever members have tried .
I mean i have no interest really in those sections so i admit i wont be posting in them very often , the most popular sections of course will be the usual sections ...Premiership , Spanish , Italian leagues ....etc . |

I think Conners just being realistic mate, hes been here a bit longer than you and has seen members and moderators come and go trying in vain to get those forums really going.

Yeah maybe so but surely a we bit of effort to try and get these sections going will get more people to post there. Dosnt take to much time to look up about different leagues.

Look, its great if you wanna boost these forums and get them going, its exactly what they need and what we need our moderators of those forums doing, which makes it even better that youre having a go. But if you act like a primadonna and throw your toys when someone says something negative about it not being possible we arent gonna beg you to carry on. So good try, but maybe you had to give it a little more than 3 days for a real crack at it. |

Will see how it goes. Believe me i aint being any drama queen. Moderators making there sections better? Laughable comment i feel as i know many sections where i see not many of the moderators helping out with.
Course i will give it a time and see how the moderators help out with there sections. Like i said before you and mrtz have did a good job in my view. Just feel negative comments dont really get you anywhere in life. Should think positive and work at it whatever it may be. |

positive action has been taken all over the place mate.
the most positive act was also perhaps the most controversial. its more important to keep the main sections flourishing and then, perhaps, the smaller sections will build. you cant expect the Irish League section to have any kind of decent discussion going on. ditto some of the other obscure sections. instead of bitching and moaning why dont you take some positive action and get discussion flowing etc. |

Thats what i was kinda on intending on doing until a mod thought he would just say people have came and gone and the lower leagues are still low. Would be different i think if a mod actually supported a lower league team. Only one who does that im aware of is Conaldinho and his section he posts away kinda like myself he just talks to himself.
The EPL section will always flourish. But if mods look after there section n maybe post then that would be a start. But in all honesty it dosnt happen to much. Well what i see anyway. Just thought id say how it is basically and ive said it before if people dont like what i say then i guess that there problem. Ill just be myself, i wouldnt attach myself into any cliques or sh#t like that. Ill just be me. Graham |
