In my personal opinion yes. Hes been a huge hit, finaly a defender which other clubs can be jelous of. I cant remember the exact sum but it wasnt much i dont think. Its one player we can truely thank big sam for. Other contenders in my opinion would include Viduka, but thats about it, however recently we have seen some stirling preformances from players such as Barton and Geremi, but if you take the whole season together it can only be wor Habib in my opinion.

beye has been our best player this season by a mile. Butt has been solid but beye has been so important down the right. If wasnt for him i think we would be very weak down the rion the right side. geremi has been crap most of the time and beye is doing his attackin and defending for him. We couldnt play 4-3-3 without beye. gotta love him...
