If I was Elaine I would have told UIK where to go! They didnt want her before but now that they have lost players they want her back...pff I would have said; 'go stick that Volkswagen where the sun dont shine', UIK wouldnt have thought twice about Elaine again if Makinen didnt leave or they signed Stensland.

No hard feelings between UIK and Elaine. If she stay healthy this year I'm sure she will be as good as she was in 2005. She will take care of any "problems" on the midfield. A tough player Cool

UIK still needs a lot of players, some of the bench-warmers have gone to other clubs now, so they need to fill it. Plus Mostr�m signature would be nice to have Cool

Me too! How the ---- did Arnqvist figure when he said she wouldn't be offered a new contract?!? Before the season had even ended, no less. He must realize he jinxed Ume� IK that way. Thank God Elaine is so forgiving...

She is rock hard. A joy to watch, and she can play accurate long balls, not quite the way M�kinen does, but still very very good.

I wonder how the contract convo went, maybe something like this:

Arnqvist (tail between his legs, slightly embarrassed): Elaine we are sooooo fooked in midfield that we need a new midfield player....couldnt get Makinen to stay, Sjoa retired, Stensland doesnt wanna come here; so you'll do! - We'll give you money and a car
