Hearts have revealed that John Robertson has finally left the club.
Robertsons future has been at the tip of much speculation and finally his Hearts days have came to an end.
The clubs board however, did offer him a position as assistant head coach in the new coaching set-up the club have planned, But Robertson found this unacceptable and turned it down furiously.
"Heart of Midlothian Football Club has today parted company with head coach John Robertson,"
read a club statement. "The club has now started the process of recruiting a new head coach."
