Parma's appeal against the soured defeat to Russian outfit CSKA Moscow on Thursday has been rejected by UEFA.
The Italian club had launched an appeal following a horrific during their 3-0 defeat to CSKA Moscow in the UEFA cup erlier this week.
The clubs veteran goalkeeper Luca Bucci had to be substituted after just 20 minutes after being struck on the head by a flare thrown from the Russian crowd.
Parma had turned in an appeal to UEFA to have the match either replayed or the result reversed in Parma's favour.
But UEAFA came to a final decision and no further action was taken on the russian club as the incident was said to not have had a great impact on the outcome of the game.
Instead, Uefa have fined CSKA 100,000 Swiss francs and instructed the Russian side to play a match behind closed doors.
Should either club wish to appeal against UEFA's decision, they have until Wednesday to submit a new protest.
Bucci is still in a hospital in Mosocw as he recovers from the injuries suffered in the awefull attack.
