Arsenal's young goalkeeper Rebecca Spencer has been part of some grand occasions despite her tender years , but she says there is no bigger than the FA Women's Cup Final

Having been Emma Byrne's backup through League title victories and in Premier League League and Uefa Cup Finals , Spencer has been part of a golden period of success for Arsenal - but she wants more and more.

" It's probably the boggest game of the season , there''s a lot at stake in terms of reputations when you're playing - so it should be a good game " Spencer admitted.

Spencer was on the bench last season as Arsenal won the first Final at Nottingham Forest's City Ground , with a record-breaking crowd of 24,529 watching a 4-1 victory that clinched the quadruple for Vic Akers side.

" Last year was a great experience being part of the Final. The support was really good for us and it was fantastic to see so many people excited "

This season has been more difficult for the Gunners as they have lost their grip on the Premier League Cup and the Ufea Cup , but Spencer feels confident they can find their rhythym once more.

" It's been frustrating this season because we just want to get back to our old selves. The World Cup has played a part in us not performing as well as we would have liked.

For a few years Arsenal have needed more challenges on a regular basis , and this season we have had that which can only be good for us. Other teams are catching up and that's what we want , this match will hopefully be an opportunity to show that we're still rising to those challenges "

I've only ever seen her on the bench for Arsenal - she's hardly ever been brought on as a sub even when Arsenal have been 6-0 up with 15 minutes left or something Sad

She should have a chance to spend a bit more time on the pitch imo.

Becky has a played a lot more games this season for the Arsenal and she has shown her usual skills of kicking, ball saving/catching , one on situation and reading of the game. I saw her as well in the reserve games and she has a very commanding presence despite not being the tallest keeper.
