After deserved wins right the way through for these top two premiership teams, who do you think can take it?

Surely Grant deserves his job now after a CL final and taking them to challenging for the league?

For crying out loud Liverpool, this was a great chance to make one of the most historical finals in European history and you let these pretenders get past you? I'm genuinely disappointed....

Plus, it would have been an easier match *bites nails*

Riise house must be burnt to a crisp now.

Will not be watching the final, that's for sure. I was going to book a ticket to Moscow had we won after the game but now I've booked one to Las Vegas instead. Should be fun!

I'd have United win just to make those Chelsea fans calling for Grant's head look foolish. Throw in the double too.

It'll probably be boring, as Liverpool/United would've been - the teams will just be too tense and paralysed by the fear of losing, incapable of playing properly. Both are absolutely desperate to win, which will show.

As much as i'd rather United win i can see Chelsea doing it. I don't think they'll be as affected by nerves as much from what i've seen of the two semi-finals.

Maybe down to penalties. I'd love that.

Chelsea actually have a way more experienced team than Man Utd.

Aye, they show it in their ability to be unfazed by most things on the pitch. Even when Babel scored, us needing a single goal to progress, they still stood strong and didn't really give us a chance.

That's one advantage they have from the start. United are more 'human'.

At least we'll see one team cry, anyhow.

Ballack has looked really good in recent weeks/months. Anyone else noticed this?

I'm choosing Chelsea because I've always been of the thinking that Chelsea are the better team on paper. They have no injuries now, they are older and i believe they are hungrier. The reason i say they are hungrier is because this may be the last chance for a lot of the current squad, because there seems to be a lot of uncertainty surrounding Chelsea in the off season.Cheslea will dominate the midfield and that's where the game will be won.BY the look of Sir alex' face when Chelsea got tier second ,he didn't seem too chuffed at the task of facing Chelsea,a team that have always had a good record against United since the 70's.
Grant needs some credit by the way for doing what he has done. His demeanor is the total opposite of what the British media thrive off of ,and he knows that. He's a smart man who doesn't degrade the game with stupidity and unnecessary disrespectful comments ala Reina.
I hope he wins the lot ,but the CL is the most likely.

Not one for the purists.

Yes, of late he has looked like the new midfield general, instead of Lampard.

I couldn't give 2 flying sh!ts about the final lad. Sour grapes? Yeah maybe but it'll be a complete bore fest as the Chelsea "fans" light up Moscow with their plastic flags and homemade "drogba is a legend" signs Rolling Eyes

Ah yes, dont you just love the glory hunting fan? Just dont ask them who played in goal before De Goey.

About time really. He took an average team to the final at Leverkusen, won it with Bayern and was great for Germany too at a low point for their national team.

You don't lose the ability he had/has.

Who Ballack? He didn't win it with Bayern did he?!

Bayern won it in 2001, in between Real Madrid winning it twice - the latter of the two was against Leverkusen in 2002 - who Ballack played for, and after the 'treble nightmare' moved on to Bayern.
