Real Madrid turn to Lippi

Italy coach Marcello Lippi is being considered by Real Madrid.

Real president Fernando Martin is attracted by Lippi's huge experience and also the fact he will be a free agent after the World Cup.

Martin has hit a brick wall in enquiries after his top two targets - Juventus coach Fabio Capello and AC Milan's Carlo Ancelotti - as they are still on contracts beyond the end of this season.

Along with Lippi, Martin is also considering another international coach in England boss Sven Goran Eriksson.

I think that Lippi'll remain there, I don't see other prospects for Italy. Instead, Juventus management will probably change next year and Capello could easily go to Real.
Whatever with Eriksson, Martin wouldn't solve their problems.

I personally think Sven will go there when he leaves England in the summer.
