A recent one to retire from internationals. Anyone think of Jamie Carragher? I mean he has been awesome for Liverpool in recent years but was always overlooked by many of players below his quality. Ledley King for example, he always got the shout Carra.

I certainly agree he was pushed out of the England team by players like Wes Brown Gary and Phil Nevile the list goes on and on Carra deserved a lot more caps.

No not at all he was unlucky in that game, i remember watching it and apart from those shocking misses he tried for the whole game and you could not fault his effort.... its only my opinion that he got enough caps due to the fact he could'nt score in a w@ore house.... |
