Eastbourne Borough have been promoted to the Blue Square Premier after two late goals helped them win Thursday's Blue Square South play-off final.
The East Sussex side beat Hampton & Richmond Borough 2-0 thanks to two goals in the last five minutes of the game, which was played at Stevenage.
Substitute Nathan Crabb and Paul Armstrong were on target for Borough.
