Yeah he did, it was an ok match but not great. See the penalty incident and then post if you think it was a penalty or not? Ronaldo's goal is a peach!

It wasn't the most exciting El Classico, however the goal from Ronaldo made it worth watching.

I cant comment on the penalty incident because I haven't seen it but what a finish from Ronaldo! Absolute class.

Good finishing from Ronaldo, It was a penalty but i can't believe how stupid Roberto Carlos was. I was a bit unclear though was he sent off with a straight red or a second yellow because i didn't see the second yellow produced only the red.

I agree.......It wasa penalty, a fine goal from Ronaldo, and still not sure what Roberto Carlos was thinking the way he was reacting to the Ref on every call made, if I was a Real player I'd be furious with him because he let the club down.....This was not a 'classic' by any means, too much sloppy passing a too many missed chances, yet still entertaining to watch with all the great players playing......

Even Van Bommel hasn't said it was a penalty when the interviewer asked him. He laughed and said: "It's the ref who decides it". And that ref also showed Guti a yellow card after the penalty when He didn't say anything offensive at all, and He's the captain!!
And the penalty to Ronaldo was very clear.

It's a shame, because in the Atleti - Celta it happened the same. They were clearly against Atleti, it seems that refs didn't like Madrid this weekend. It would have been better if they had go on in that damn strike.

I didn't think it was a penalty, I thought Carlos was stupid but the Barcelona player was barely touched, if at all! He could have easily stayed on his feet but Carlos knows aswell as us players like to go to ground and he gave him the oppurtunity to.
