Policing of British supporters abroad |
|
After the numerous incident involving supporters of English teams, I am wondering if someone may end up in the goulag over there in Russia? I mean Russian police and military are not the most tolerant people and will be ready to arrest any troublemaker in their opinion.
Jail sentences and other stuff could be in the program for those who misbehave |

Your apprehensions are ill-founded. Russian police are very flexible in their intolerance, and special treatment (in a positive meaning of this term) would be, no doubt, applied to British fans.

You are right nothing happened which is a big surprise to me as british fans seem to have cultural misunderstandings with foreign police.

Seems like the foreign police are always the problem for the british radical supporters. They should begin to understand they are normally the troublemakers and won't get arrested/beaten up if they don't do anything wrong...
