Yes!

Glad Sweden beat Greece after they started passing it about at the back. What the hell is that?

I'm all for tactics, but trying to run the clock down and settling for 0-0 in the first-half of the first group game isn't really acceptable in my opinion, and they got what they deserved.

I suppose they were trying to get a draw here, beat Russia and then face Spain when hopefully they'd have beaten Sweden and hence through, making for an easier match with a draw sending them through.

Didn't go to plan, eh.

They know they are out.

You could see it on their faces.

Game pretty poor. Larsson been pretty poor bar the set up of first goal. Good first goal.

Thats about it. Greece were poor

I thought Larsson had a pretty good first half. All of the chances Sweden had went through him.

His passing was dire, he hardly ever looked up in the game when passing.

Pretty poor game all in all, but the Swedes eventually did enough against a Greek side who in my opinion put in one of the if not the worst and most lackluster performance of the tournament so far, a game they will regret not trying to win. The tactics they use are to frustrate their opponents and catch them out generally on the counter attack or perhaps via a set piece, but when they concede they never ever looked like getting back into the game. That Basinas effort being their only real chance. Superb effort from Ibrahimovic, a goal of real quality and in stark contrast to the second which was a comedy of errors at the back from the Greeks.

Greece lose Sad I wanted so much a victory of Greece, I found it so funny that a team doesn't play and bore stiff its opponent before counter and win! At least, they have their own identity! Laughing

All i was doing was giving an example where he made one of sweden's best chances in the game. Supporting my view that he had a good first half.

edit: Do all you're arguments turn childish?

I don't understand the Greek tactic because it was the game that they must won, so why the defenders made some pass ?

I'm really pleased Greece lost as I hate watching defensive football when all teams do
is get 10 men behind the ball and dont even try and make a single attack between them...

The crowd were fully justified in booing the Greek team like they did for playing negative football.

It wasnt the best game ever to watch and the Swedes werent much better either in my opinion....

If that is all they can come up with I don't think Spain have much to worry about when they meet on sat.

thank you Zlatan
thank you , you saved football in this competition...

Swedish succeeded where french failed against romania , against this football i can't bear , where the opponent doesn't play football but just waits for THE little mistake to win 1.0.....

fortunately there 's still team like Spain or Holland to see great football, spectacular football

Very Happy Very Happy

Being Swede and all I must admit Im quite pleased with the result. Still, they have to play a hundred percent better in the fortcoming games to have a chance in this tournament. Period!!
