Nuneaton are waiting to see if their relegation fight can be boosted by the sale of Derby striker Malcolm Christie.

The Nationwide Conference club will receive 20 per cent of any fee for Christie due to the sell-on clause that was written into the transfer deal when the player moved to Derby for £50,000 in 1998.

Oldham Athletic's loan midfielder David Livermore has accepted that his career with Hull City has come to a premature end.

The 28-year-old joined the Latics on transfer deadline day and has revealed that he was axed by the Tigers just before he earned himself a new contract.
