Charlton are in a good position to do a Fulham and come back...although Fulham beat them 3-0 in a Cup game this season Charlton are gaining players all the time and they have some financial backing and a top quality centre of excellence to provide a conveyor belt of young players. The remarkable thing about WFC Fulham is that they have battled back despite being completely rejected by the mens club , being told to change their name ( as they were an embarrassment at the time ) and moving 40 miles away in order to find a ground . To survive each season they have to raise most of their money from seeking sponsorship from local businesses whereas Charlton created partnerships with the Community section of the club and local education to enable the already existing Centre of Excellence to survive. Good luck to both clubs- BUT I wonder who will be the next club to fold.
