Wenger eyes henry stay

Arsenal captain Thierry Henry earned fulsome praise from boss Arsene Wenger after his matchwinning display for the Gunners in their historic 1-0 victory against Real Madrid in the Bernabeu.

Henry, who has been linked with both Real and Barcelona in recent times, scored the only goal of the game straight after half-time and left Wenger to hope that he might stay with the Gunners and sign a new contract.
