How is everyone?

Just finished a hard day at work, worked 9-2 and then 5:30-8 and tomorrow I have to train a group of 6 newbees to the company and I have never done anything like that in my life, me and public speaking arent best friends but i thought id give it a shot, any tips lol?

How has everyone else day been, enjoying the sunshine?

talk loudly and clearly at all times
nothing is more annoying than being asked what you said after everything you've just said
or people asking questions that you've already answered lol

also just remember that the 6 of them are similar to what you would have been like when you went through that, so it isn't like they will be mega critical of you especially as it's your first try

saying that i suck at public speaking, so i might keep my eye on this thread and take notes

haha thanks for the advice mate, it went well, they warmed to me a fair bit and kept that level of not sounding too school teacherish but getting over what I needed to,I think as it was a small group it made it easier, I quite enjoyed it, might take a new career path.
