not doing too bad at the moment , 129-1 but rain has stopped play after lunch ended so just have to wait now and hope it stops soon.

England finished up with a commanding 477-all out. Flintoff hit 102 and has been by far the star of the series. Lets hope they can do it. If Australia win this test, they keep the ashes....if England win, it will go down to the final test with England only needing the draw....
Its great to see us competing against the best.

It's been so long since England had even a chance of an Ashes win. Is it possible that the Aussies could be beaten by an innings in this test? Or is someone going to wake me up from this dream soon :?:
Excellent series. Must be the best since "Botham's Ashes".

I'm going to reply to my own reply here :?

This almost became "Botham's Ashes" in reverse, if you know what I mean.
England needed around the same total as Australia did at Headingley in 1981, and almost didn't make it :shock:

Yes, but the final test is going to be massive. Have you seen how much the tickets for the fifth day are going for on ebay etc :shock: :?:
If the series is like it has been so far, there won't even be a fifth day :!:
