Hey everybody,

Just thought I would share something with you guys, I am going to see Real Madrid vs. Barcelona in 7 weeks…maybes, that’s the bugger about that statement really – I might be going to see Madrid vs. Barcelona if I win the bloody tickets…try to buy the bloody things and got quotes in excess of 300 smackers for my troubles, without accomodation or owt!....so i have entered a comp to win them for a quid, easy....then that bodes another question, who would I take?
Not you, or you, or you….maybe you, not you or you….actually unless you are a leggy blonde with breasts similar to Pamela Anderson, you aint got a shout!

Maybe I'm going to that match too, I can assure you're gonna experience the match of your life, a great atmosphere of course!! But the difference is that I'll have to pay like 300 euros (200 pounds) for the ticket.

I'm going to London next month, so I could see a match if I have money for tickets, LOL.

Expensive, maybe. Boring? I have to disagree with you in that one. I think Chelsea plays the most beautiful games in the premiership( well in my view ).
As for Arsenal, without Henry dont bother. I stayed up until 4:00 am to watch their game last saturday. time wasted!!

In Spain, we prefer to watch the matches all the friends in a pub. It's amazing. You argue with Barcelona or Real supporters, but when the match finishes, we are still friends. Nothing happens. Raul is going to watch the Madrid - Barça with us. He hasn't so much money to buy the tickets.

Two weeks remaining. The match of the year is coming. Barcelona playing great and real Madrid with a lot of injured players. But nobody knws what it will happen.

It's possible that in all the parts of the world people can watch Madrid-Barça for free but here in Catalonia if we want to watch the match we have to pay or go to a pub. I hope that Barça will win although is difficult to know the result because in this match the team that is better usually loses.

CATALONIA FREE!!!!!!

Afrinux
07-11-2005, 05:57 AM
Free?
Not here. I am going to watch in the pub.
A movies TV network bought all the rights of Liga Espanol in Japan. Even with my Barca TV, I cant watch live here. JSky Sports cant also broadcast the games LIVE. It sucks because that TV network broadcast only movies and I am not interrested. If I sign up, it will be a waste of money because they only show LIVE games 2 or 3 times/week. It is cheaper to watch them in the pub.
Ronaldinho Vs Robinho. Cant wait for it.

I only want to know that Barca is not correct.

Barca sounds like Barka.

The correct option is Barça. In catalan the letter Ç sounds like S.

Thank you all.

Yes but i cant make one of those c's with my keyboard.Mr O told me how to do it a while ago BJ. Go to
Use the numeric part of the keyboard - not the numbers along the top, as it doesn't work with them
For ç you use Alt +0231, ie hold down Alt and press key 0231 on number pad. It's not quite the Catalan letter, but closer than using c.

Mark van Bommel is injured and cant play the game..

He hasnt played for Dutch team in long time.. and van Basten called him for saturday against italy and he gets injured at the Dutch training yesterday..

Yes Stefanie,

I have listened it in the radio. He was playing very well and making goals. But Deco is already not injured and I think that he will be able to play all the match against Madrid :)

Hey Stef, seems van Bommel is not a van Basten favorite. He has criticised him before about his play, seems he deosn't adhear to what Marco wishes him to do on the field. Marco said that van Bommel was his third choice for the right midfield position behind Denny Landzaat and Sneijder.

I know telling you something about the Dutch National side is like 'preaching to the choir', as the old saying goes, so please bear with me.....

You can say it like Barsa, more or less. Real 1-3 Barça (In Spain, there is a key for this symbol.) Ronaldinho, Etoo 2, Raul. Do you think Ronaldo will play????

Afrinux
20-11-2005, 07:14 AM
Garion, nice guess!
except Ronaldinho 2, Eto'o 1 and Madrid 0.
Ronaldinho has stolen the game. Trully the best football player alive.

Raul
20-11-2005, 10:39 AM
I agree with you Afrinux. I'm a Real Madrid supporter to death, but I've to admit that Ronaldinho is nowadays the best. Forget the rest of the players, there are some good, but Ronaldinho is like God in football.

Well.. sure that Barcelona gonna win this year... but it's a question of proud ... :) maybe next year we'll be better than them !

No doubt next year you will be stronger , but i'm not sure about been stronger than Barca

Mikushik
02-04-2006, 04:53 PM
Yes I hope :) I didn't pay attention if the new president was choosen after that Florentino Perez had gone... but I hope he'll be more clever than him and won't buy players that Real Madrid doesn't need..
Yes Barcelona has really a super team now... there are not all "STARS" (marquez,beletti,motta,...) but the collective is amazing, they produce a SUPER football.. I don't know if it's due to Rijkaard but probably... Besides their players are quite young and very talentuous (Messi, eto'o, ronaldinho...) ... Well the fight between these two club gonna stay eternal i think :D ... the future will tell us ... :P
