Smoggs if you don't wanna edit your piccies, send them to me, I love this dirty job

As for the camera, make sure it has a good optical zoom (not just digital)
and has the "sport" option for taking photos in movement
- whether it's you who's moving or the object you are taking pix of (players)
If you need further advice, PM me your budget and I'll find something nice for you
