I voted Liverpool but I've always had a soft spot for West Ham so I'm really happy they've made the final and will be in Europe next season - what a return to the top flight. There's not much pressure on them really which will make things interesting.

This is going to be a tough one for West Ham, I definitely think they should rest ALL of their regular first team players for their last Premiership game. Very Happy

you're probably not far off the truth there.

but then even that won't help you if they beat Barcelona.

West Ham will win this.

We play each team in the league just before the cup match and lose.

We then scrape a win in the cup-tie.

West Ham 4-1.

Enough scraping.

i think Gerrard is the key man here and maybe Robbie Fowler will be the hero and score the winner in the last minute for Liverpool ...3-2 .

I wish Fowler will score a hat-trick and lift the cup for us.

Unfortunately he's cup-tied having played for Man City Laughing

I'll have to go for West Ham as it would be good to see them win a trophy. Unfortunately they've got a massive uphill battle against Liverpool (massive understatement),but football IS unpredictable sometimes!!

The best final I've ever seen. Arguably the best final of all time.

All I can say is thank God Steven Gerrard is English.

Really great game to watch, and West Ham came so close to getting a win at the end too - great save by Reina, and that seemed to set him up for the shoot-out.

Liverpool seem to like having a 3-3 draw in a final then a penalty shoot-out Laughing

Can't help but feel sorry for West Ham - if it wasn't for one player, we were stuffed. What a heartstopper but I wouldn't mind if we could start winning these games in normal time though. Great match!

I dont feel sorry for them, We gifted them two goals and they scored a fluke third.

I have to say I was impressed with benayoun, they'll do well to keep him. And I was impressed with Scaloni aswell.

Steven Gerrard is a [beep!] legend he equalised twice against West Ham 2day West Ham played outstanding but not good enough 2 beat the mighty reds lol and Liverpool are unbelievable they were 3 - 0 down in the Champions League final last year and pulled back to make it 3 - 3 and then win on a penalty shootout and then they do the same again today Liverpool are [beep!] legends - ITS ALL ABOUT SCOUSERS, SCOUSERFAN 4 LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahaha, nice one. Laughing

when Gerrard scored Liverpool's third goal in injury time, I almost cried!!!
oh my God, what a game!
we did it again!! came back from behind and won it on penalties!
amazing!
in the last minute of extra time, after Nigel Reo-Coker's deflection and Harewood's shot wide,
i thought, okay, we're going to win, we're going to win on penalties!!!
because it's so much like last season's CL final when shevcheko missed a golden chance in extra time!
unbelievable...
Gerrard is the man! Reina is the man!
