Ruud van Nistelrooy

Im beginning to wonder whether Ruud really has lost his spot alongside Rooney. I know Saha is great and all, but Ruud is out number 1 leading top scorer. I would perfer Ruud to be back in the first team, and back in the starting line-up. I understand why He picked Saha for the Carling Cup final, but what about after that? Its been six games ai believe since Ruud has started in a gane, and im getting upset. Not only cause he has lost the Leading Scorer in the Prem, but also cause it isnt fair to Ruud. He had worked so hard and managed 19 goals and he cant even egt in the starting line up. I love Saha and All, but I would like Ruud to come back.

I agree with you, I think Ruud should start, Saha has done ok but looking back at the last few games, we really have struggled to finish teams off and Ruud is one of the best finishers in the game

I reckon the competition for his place can only make him sharper and more determined, I doubt Fergie will be letting him go any time soon, Saha and Rooney are great but they dont guarantee you 25+ goals a season.

i think tht he shud also be in the first team because he isn a good player but if he keeps stormin outta tranin he is not goin to gt there is he

I think most people would agree but you have to remember Saha.Man United dont want to pay £12million for a player to leave him on the bench so I think he's earned his opportunity and he hasn't done too bad, it would be great if Ruud was patient and waited for his chance again but obviously something has happened in the training ground and relations with Fergie arent well, and going by what happens to other players who aren't in Fergie's plans I doubt well be seeing him in an AIG shirt next season.Would be great if he is but I honestly cant see it.

i dont agree cause if fergie sells ruud for a massive sum of money, they could get a younger and better player for example robinho i do love ruud but at the moment hes not been playing at his best
