Everton lost the merseyside derby to Liverpool 3-0 , manager David Moyes made six changes to his team and it showed , Everton never really troubled Liverpool and they left Anfield yet again with nothing .

Arsenal made history as they came from behind to beat Newcastle 2-1 thanks to a last gasp winner from Thomas Vermaelan , they became the first side to win four succesive games after going behind , the win kept the Gunners in 4th place and now just a point behind Tottenham in 3rd ...

Happy sailing to my pal Toffee.
May your Everton pull through.
Currently, Everton at 37 points. 3 more points may go a long way in the final standings.

Everton, don't listen to chin-up. Please lose against Arsenal, since we Toonies don't want you taking our rightful Europa League place!

Do you know ?
When chin-up speaks everybody listens.

Everton cannot afford to lose at home. Winning, might go a long way here.

From a purely selfish point of view i would rather the Gooners beat shovel face from the Lane to 3rd so i wouldnt exactly be gutted if we lost this match. Hope Arteta gets the reception he deserves when he returns, i for one will be applauding him

If Chelsea's good form continues, shovel face might even fail to get into the CL Laughing

Everton of course have the home advantage but they also played a big game on the weekend whereas Arsenal have had a nice period of rest. We have players coming back to fitness so should be able to produce one of our stronger squads. If we turn up and remain disciplined we can probably nick it but I can see it being a very tight game. Who knows though.

Well, I personally would welcome for Arsenal to nick Polished Nick instead, but Everton to win clearly.

As clearly as Spurs won or as clearly as Liverpool? I just want to be clear on what you mean by clearly.

I reckon Arsenal will continue their winning run but it will be a very close game.

My prediction Everton 0-1 Arsenal

Everton v Arsenal
