Liverpool won their last game 3-0 away at QPR with Suarez scoring twice at Loftus Road.
It was the Reds best first half display this season and was done without Brendan Rodgers who had been taken ill.

Sunderland lost their last game 2-1 at home against Tottenham just when they had appeared
to be turning a corner and starting to climb the table but Martin O'Neils side are now back in trouble in the league again.

Do you have any comments or predictions?

Sunderland and Liverpool drew 1-1 at the Stadium of Light.
Goals from Fletcher and Suarez.

With our patchy form i wouldn't be surprised to lose 2-1 but I'm
going with a 2-1 win.

Did you know that Liverpool have won only two of their last seven Premier League games against Sunderland, after winning each of the previous six.

Any more comments or predictions?

I overheard someone in the supermarket talking about making a big bet.
He wanted to bet on Suarez to score a hat trick and liverpool to win 4-0, the bookmaker said you can have Suarez to score first and Liverpool to win 4-0, he eventually just bet on Suarez to score first...

Line up is Reina, Wisdom, Johnson, Agger, Skrtel, Gerrard, Henderson, Lucas, Downing, Sterling, Suarez

Subs - J. Carragher,B. Jones.N. Sahin.J. Allen.J. Shelvey.J. Robinson,Suso

Just how i hoped we'd line up.

3-0 now. Suarez again with a vintage Gerrard assist.

We spent the last 20 minutes trying to get Joe "second striker" Allen to score!
Was funny seeing everyone smiling when he missed or had goals ruled off Laughing

We could have got another 1 or 2 or even a Suarez hat trick but we just went mad with Joe Allen. I was gutted Henderson was taken off as, once again, bossed the midfield. He had every right to ask questions of Rodgers when subbed off.

It'll be a crime if he doesn't start against United, i really think he has the ability to play the puppet master role.

Reina
Wisdom, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson
Gerrard, Lucas
Henderson
Sturridge, Suarez, Sterling

Other than missing Enrique for pure power and pace, it looks like a very balanced line up.

Henderson and Downing picking up their performances recently. Perhaps Rodgers threatening their positions played a role in them stepping up. Hopefully they continue to improve.

Delighted as we've made a habit of dropping points to Sunderland.

fantastic result...we were outstanding today!

Suarez, Stevie, Henderson, Downing, Johnson all had great games for me and my hope is this form continues going forward. Henderson and Downing were the clear surprises for me as they haven't proven their worth at the club and in yesterday's game they showed some of that quality we were looking for...

Very pleased with the result.

If Sunderland hadn't messed up those 2 first half chances this might not have been so easy for Liverpool!

With Killgallon in the side it's always gonna be easy! It's a miracle he's even playing in the Prem...

It took quick thinking for Suarez to instinctively set up Sterling without even looking and a world class pass Xabi Alonso would be amazed by and Gerrard's quick pressing to get the ball to Suarez who used his brain to beat Killgallon and score.

I think Liverpool worked hard for this win.
