Tips For New Coaches

Though i'd start a new topic to help any new coaches with a few hints and tips on how to become a good coach.

My main tip would be to make sure your organised. Make sure you've got all the equipment you need for the session and also make sure you know what you want to do in your session. I find it useful to plan my session out on paper before hand and use it for a reference during the session.

Any other tips guys?
