The Pos. of DF is maybe less spectaculare but it isn't less important in football! If Italy won WC there's a reason!
And i'm proud of our historicals defenders and goalkeepers!

as to brasil we know very well that it is the most important and spectactular football tradition in the world...

but I can't understand your resentment at our triump

to me it is just about stats:

5 games won 2 drew .

12 goals scored
2 conceded(don't let me tell you once again how)

we destroyed ukraine 3-0
beat the hosts playing well (you must give some credit uh)

yesterday we were lucky..so what?

we have lost 3 wc at penalties
and euro 2000 we dominated france and lost

so let us enjoy this...

you are and always will be the best and more creative side in the universe

but now it is our time to enjoy

the world cup win before WWII were World cup too!

we could arrive in a lot of final too,it seems to me 6(the same of brazil) , second behind germany who achieved most finals.

yes lets congratulate Italy on their win and let their fans enjoy this moment . Whatever has happened in the history of the World Cup the statistics dont lie , Italy now has won the trophy 4 times ...its history now and that wont change .
