I really lost my mind tonight Sad Sad Sad
I don't know English well so it's hard for me to tell about what I feel right now.
But I'll try to tell you something that is straight out of my broken heart.

Today I saw Zidane as he went away with hung head. Did he deserve the end like that. Hell no!
I was shocked. But that happened. Sad(( During last 10 years Zizou's performance impressed me so much. One of the greatest players of all times didn't even get out to get his silver medal. It's not a fair end for player like he. It's a real pain. I am not French but Zidane impressed a lot of hearts even far away from his native country. That's why I'm so broken on this cruel and sleepless night.

Two weeks ago I felt the same when I saw Sweden-Germany. Henrik Larsson (my favorite football player) also played his (maybe) last game. Sad(( and he missed that goddamn penalty.

Why does it end in a way like that? I don't know the answer. These players deserved the best.
I don't know how to keep my mind safe. I will miss them much Sad(((

Cause I really love their game!

Heroes:

ZIDANE Zinedine
23 June 1972
Caps: 108 Goals: 31

LARSSON Henrik
20 September 1971
Caps: 93 Goals: 36

Miss you much... Sad(((((((((((((

You shouldn't take it soo much to heart. I remember as a kid I cried when it was Cantona's last game but you should look for a new idol, one of the new generation and focus on that.

Zizou is the best, but the youths are starting to appear, and in 5-10 years we'll be talking about stars like Schweinstiger, Messi, Torres, Robinho, Podolski... don't know if they will be as good as Zidane, but they are more than decent!

I only can agree with Torres and Messi. He is really good player and has a perspective to become great as soon as possible.

Two years ago I thought that Ibrahimovic will become one of the best players. And what? He didn't become. He spent awful season in Juve and bad performance in this WC.

So, sometimes it happens in the way like this Sad((

Hm. Your nick is Raul. He's a great player too!
Step1: Change nick Raul to Torres
Step2: Then I'll start to believe in youth Smile))

Sorry mate, Torres has a lot to learn from Raul. And he'll never be as good as Raul.
I still will keep Raul. Besides, I can't change my username Laughing

Very Happy yeas, I understand what you want to say. Raul is a legend in Spain. But he is talent and young.
Like Raul a lot of years ago.

Raul is among my TOP-10 (Living football stars)
Among football gods like Zidane, Ryan Giggs, Henry, Henke Larsson...

I also like Casillas. 3 or 4 years ago I voted for him "The best young goalkeeper".

There's one question, will Raul play in European Cup 2008???

well no player can go on forever , we just have to accept the . The dutch legend Dennis Bergkamp will no longer be seen gracing the Premiership and thats a crying shame , there is still Thierry Henry to watch and the young Theo Walcott to look forward to , life goes on and new heroes appear .

Yes, I think Raul will play in the Euro2008.
I have my doubts for the World Cup in 2010. He'll be 32 years, but I'm hopeful.

I think football's becoming too fast and furious to have really outstanding individuals.

Maybe Italy's World CUp is partially proof of that - a team scoring with half its players, using all of them (except two goalies).

There are some potentially very good players still left out there - Messi, Ronaldinho, Cassano, Ribery etc - who can dribble around a few players - but it's getting harder and harder to get past the whole opposing team. You just don't see those extraordinary dribbling actions from one end of the pitch to the other (ex. Maradona 1986 against England), because DEFENCE has changed.

I think team tactics and organisation are now more important than ever.

It's time to make your team your idol, and not just focus on one player.

Will I ever see them again?...Great players go away. Help me
