man, i don't know what to make of this. do you think this is going to become like the next "hand of god" incidient? Maradona's act is still not forgotten. Do you think this is as big as it, or even bigger?

I mean, for god's sake, there are a million websites and videos about the head-butt already, in a matter of days.

for example:

they even have shirts about the whole thing at www.ZidaneIsTheMan.com (i think i may even get one, haha). And I am already addicted to this game: http://klinsi.10000kb.de/zidane.htm

When will all the talk settle down? days? weeks? years?

ZIZOU IS A LEGEND.

A lot of people are saying that Zidane possibly cost his team the cup by his actions... while they were most definitely stupid, the fact is it's pretty doubtful he cost them the cup unless people are assuming he would have scored in extra time. The fact is Trezeguet still would have taken a shot and there's no reason to t hink because Zidane was in the game he would have made it. Anyway the point is because a lot of people feel that he cost them the game, it probably won't be forgotten for a while and even those that do forgive him will still remember it. While this type of action is certainly not out of character for Zidane, it just seems like a crappy way to go out!

I actually saw some funny t-shirt implications on www.zizoufoul.com - they also had a couple of t-shirts but one good funny t-shirt of it. I actually think I might get that one. Anyway this whole post has a point which is that because the act

Its a pity that people talk less about Italy playing well and more about the headbutt.

From now on, the 2006 WC final will be remembered for THAT headbutt and its a shame really.
