hi guys first post !

Can anyone give me any advice on how to stop the bickering in my team ! they are U16 this season and i have just taken them over and am trying to stamp it out !

If i was you i'd start by telling them whos in charge (you of course), and tell them that they are a team and they should stick together and that you want players playing for you, and if they dn't want to play then tell them to go and find another team that they wanna prat around in.

Along with that you could take the boys out on a team bonding trip. Might help, wont also work.

Yea a team bonding session would be very useful, an activity where they HAVE to work together
