Bradford have cancelled the contract of midfielder Bobby Petta.
The move is to allow Rotterdam-born Petta, 31, to join Australian league outfit Adelaide United.

Petta began his career at Feyenoord, before joining Ipswich, where after four years he moved on to Celtic, who sent him on a short loan to Fulham.

He joined Darlington in February 2005 and moved to Bradford on a free transfer last summer, since when he has made 23 League appearances.

Hopefully he comes to the A-league. Seems to be a very well travelled footballer. Hopefully he can have an impact should he sign...
