I heard something a while back about the Vicente Calderon being demolished and Atletico Madrid moving to a brand new stadium, but I'm not sure if it was true. Can someone enlighten me on the subject?

Yes I have heard about it and seems very probable. The reason is that Atletico need money and then selling Vicente Calderon and building a new stadium in a cheaper zone they would earn a lot of money.

They'd probably move to La Peineta, but they need to do some changes on it.
It's an olympic stadium, and could afford more people than Calderon, but there's nothig sure yet.
