Anyway, I was talking about 2003 (or now I correct myself, 2004)

No i corrected you Wink

Oh, and Raul also scored in Champions, something Eto'o didn't know until he went to Barcelona.

So a player isn't good if he's never played in the UCL before? With other words, Torres is a crap player? I wouldn't use that as an argument mate

Eto'o didn't come in the summer of 2003 with Ronaldinho??

I didn't say that, you did

Eto'o has a lot to do if he wanna become someday a player like Raul or Ronaldo

He's on the right way Smile

Okay, it seems that you don't wanna understand me or something Laughing

I was ASKING if Eto'o came with Ronaldinho in 2003 or not. I think so, but you said he came in 2004. One of us is wrong.

I didn't say a player is better because he plays CL, but you told me Raul only scored 11 goals and I corrected you, because he also scored in the CL, in the Copa del Rey and also with Spain.

But for example if Ronaldinho signed for Milan then you wouldn't be a Barça fan and would be a Milan fan ?

I am not a big fan of Serie A. So, hadRonaldinho signed Milan, I would have sticked with Arsenal.

Afrinux (only), could you place these names in order of how important they have been for Barca? At top the most important 1

Diego Maradona
Carles Rexach
Ronald Koeman
Juan Campo
Johan Cruijff

1. Johan Cruijff( I know, he is the man )
2. Ronald Koeman
3. Diego Maradona( because I dont know nothing about Campo and Rexach and I would put Romario and Stoikov before maradona if they were listed .)

Besides it's not like we totally depend on Ronaldinho, he's not our only star. Don't forget we also have Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, etc...without Ronnie we would have had some success too. We won the UCL despite Ronaldinho playing badly in most matches

Ronaldinho playing badly in most matches !? Shocked Who knocked out Chelsea and AC Milan. I know if it was Giuly who scored but did you remember the ball ronnie fed him?
And when Ronnie arrived, Barca was struggling at the 14th spot, and he took us right to the 2nd place.

Raul, to correct some of your posts, Eto'o came in 2004 ( one year after Ronnie ).
And he was doing a standing job at mallorca, even gave them the spanish cup.
And at this moment I think Eto'o is the best striker in the world or 2nd after Henry.

About Ronnie, of course he's very very important for us

But what did he do against Chelsea? In my opinion Messi was MOTM on stamford Bridge and no-one really in camp nou (we were strong as collective, no-one stood out. In Milan yes he gave that great pass but apart from that he was very well defended by Stam and Gatusso, he didn't do much...once Stam was subbed, he could give that pass. Wink

To me he hasn't played his best football in the UCL (and not in general) he was better in his 1st and 2nd reason

About the players Campo doesn't exist Wink And Rexach mate he has scored a shitload of goals for us and was our manager just a short time ago ... has been better than maradona for us, that's for sure ... if you want to be a true Barca fan, read something about our history Wink

Some names: Venables, Kubala, Gamper, Zubizaretta, Suarez (no not that madridista Wink ) , Romario, Neeskens (Johan 2) and thus Rexach have been interesting / important names in our history

Read some stories about them, will be interesting Wink

And also about our future stars: Dos Santos (2 brothers) and Bojan for instance Wink

The goal he scored in Nou Camp against Chelsea was immense.

It indeed was. But do you also watch full games?

Ronaldinho is soo unbelievably good that also in bad form he has such moments. generally in the UCL he hasn't done that much though

Yeah, I always watch every barcelona game at least 3 times.
Maybe as an european and fifa player of the year, everyone expects a lot from him.

I remember the first leg against Chelsea Ronaldinho doing great assistances but didn't finish in goal, for this reason people only remember the assistance if it finishes in goal.
