How many matches have they played there in Mexico/USA until now?

I wonder if this won't harm them for the rest of the season...

70,500 spectators in the Reliant Stadium of Houston for the game Barça - América de México.

And for the last game that Barça will play in America and that will be in New York, all the 75,000 tickets of the Giants Stadium have been sold.

It seems that Barcelona has copied the american tour of Real Madrid, the same tour that everyone critizised last year, and the year before. Let's see what happens this season...

Barça 4 - América de México 4

Barça's defense didn't play well and Barça were losing 4-1. Scored Marquez, Saviola, Ronaldinho and Eto'o.

I have watched the game. Ronnie seems to be loved there. He did a good game, saviola too.
Eto'o goal was fantastic.

Raul, we dont have models in our club so it is alright. Cool

Hahaha agree. Especially if they go after girls. I know what Real players were doing here. Barcelona doesnt have to worry, because we dont have playboys.
So Raul, Real didnt go anywhere this pre-season?

Great performance of Robinho.

So they will come here as well? I didnt heard rumors of Real coming this year. I reckon Real comes here every year since 2003.

putrum6, I think rijkaard should keep saviola. He is been a great player during this pre-season.

To Japan? No, they won't go. Actually they're coming back to Spain to play this weekend the Carranza Trophy in Cádiz.
It seems they have taken this year preseason a bit more serious than in the past.

Exactly.

Afrinux, they won't go to Asia this year because you were insulting them in the stadium the past years Laughing No, just kidding. I bet the president had to choose between USA and Asia and it seems that USA was more profitable, I don't know.

You are talking about their game with Verdy, when Verdy beat them 3 - 0(???). Yeah, some incidents did happen but it involved only the players on the field. Beckham and Ronaldo were pretty mad.
Lots of Japanese fans were mad at the Verdy players as well.

Since they are not coming, I have to wait the season kick off to know how the new Real team looks like.
