Cancellation in the squad:

Hanna Ljungberg, groin. >> Josefine Öqvist
Sara Johansson, seek >> Maria Aronsson
Therese Lundin, knee >> Johanna Almgren
Therese Sjögran, groin >> Nilla Fischer

Too bad for Sjögran cos it would be her 100 game Sad

Subs not used: Hedvig Lindahl - Karolina Westberg, Johanna Almgren, Maria Aronsson.

Goals:
0-1 Lotta Schelin (45), 0-2 Victoria Svensson (47), 0-3 Caroline Seger (52), 0-4 Josefine Öqvist (75), 0-5 Victoria Svensson(83) 0-6 Victoria Svensson (85)

Warnings:
Belarus: Volha Noviakva, Svetlana Astasjova. Sweden: Stina Segerström.

Woohoo two LFC players scoring - I told ya Jossan would score on her return to the national team Very Happy
Lotta again on the score sheet - quality player! Cool
I'm shocked that Svensson managed to remeber where the goal was and get a hattrick Laughing but good for her Wink

my prediction was right (0-6) + I predicted Lotta & Jossan would score Cool

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Victoria Svensson helped herself to a hat-trick as Sweden stayed on course for China 2007 with a 6-0 win in Belarus. The veteran striker scored all three goals in the second half, helping her side overcome a sluggish start to win comfortably.

Schelin strike
With just four points to their name from five previous qualifiers, Belarus were not expected to put up much resistance but kept Sweden at bay until a minute before the break when Lotta Schelin struck to relieve Swedish nerves.

Six-point cushion
Svensson grabbed her first two minutes after half-time, then Caroline Seger and Josefine Öqvist got in on the act before Svensson completed her hat-trick with two goals inside the final seven minutes. Sweden take a six-point lead in Group 2 ahead of the Czech Republic, who have a game in hand. Both sides travel to play third-placed Iceland for their next qualifying matches in August.

I deleted the texts - perhaps you still got them, mate?

I only remember that Oqvist's goal was handed to her on a silver platter
as it was a beautiful team work with many players involved,
she just finished it - anybody would Twisted Evil
A few minutes later she blew another chance so... Rolling Eyes

I also remember the two last Vickan's goals were assisted by Anna Sjostrom.

And Seger's goal was supposedly a stunner Cool
[There - I said something nice about your LFC player] Razz Wink

And Lotta knocked the Belarus goalie out
and they had to put (quoting Agent W. here) a half of a toilet roll up her nose Laughing

Again: Well done Sweden! Mr. Green
