This statement to me suggests Leeds didn't have 100'000's of fans before he came, that we didn't have a 40,000 seater stadium, that we weren't capable of returning to the Premiership without him... Oh and Kevin, the trophies in the cabinet... Theyre not real, we just put them there to make us look good...
Get some respect... Your not a great manager... And you no longer have the right to manage Leeds.

I agree, he makes out like he's made leeds, and in addition to this, he has players like David Healy who perform at international level - but for some strange reason play poorly and/or out of position for leeds. To me this suggests bad management.
However, Ken Bates should take some blame, if he'd just give the manager some money to spend out of his pocket, leeds would go straight back up, and it wouldn't matter to Bates because he'd get it back due to increased revenue - Job done, problem solved..... but no, he's to tight fisted to bother.

Curbs may not come to leeds, he spent ages getting the rep he rightly deserves, and may not want to fritter it away by taking on a job with high expectations and no money with which to achieve it.

What blackwell seems to have a problem with is changing his tactics for different players. It seems to me as if he still thinks he has big rob hulse up front when actually its healy and moore most of the time.

it is`nt ken bates fault, hes a legend for sacking blacwell! and to be honest would you give limited money to someone like blackwell? i no i wouldnt in his position!

Blackwell spent over 7million since Bates' arrival, i think this is plenty enough for a championship team
