and do u think he will do well at QPR in a lower division?

Spent a lot of money and didn't deliver many results. Spent an absolute fortune on Balaban (9M) without even seeing him play. Tip for QPR chairman - don't give the man any money, hes more likely to buy some magic beans down the market with it than get a decent player
