Bristol City are on the verge of accepting an improved offer from Hearts for on-loan striker Lee Miller.
BBC Sport understands that Hearts have made another bid for Miller - and that a deal could be done in the next 24 hours between the clubs.

The English League One outfit have already knocked back two previous bids from the Edinburgh club.

City had told Hearts to increase their offer by 20% after rejecting a bid of £175,000 for the 21-year-old.

City chairman Steve Lansdown said recently: "People questioned why we paid £325,000 for him, but we felt there was potential there.

"If they do not meet the asking price, he will return to us a better player. He's also attracting other interest."

Miller, bought by City from Falkirk in 2003, has scored 10 goals in 18 games for Hearts.

The Scottish Premier League club had expected to pay an initial £100,000 if they wanted to sign Miller permanently, but his good form has seen City bump up the asking price.

Miller has another year of his contract to run at Ashton Gate.
