Have you noticed Ronaldinho isn't playing well? |
|
Is it just me or has everyone noticed that Ronnie is not playing well. He is playing like when he did during the fifa 2006 world cup. its just lifeless football. He is not dribbling like he used to. actually he doesnt even attempt to. whats up with him?

He played really well during Barcelona' s Summer tour and all, especially when they came to the States. But he seems to be out of rhythm as of now. He's not creating too much, and he's blown some easy goals.
I'm assuming that he'll get on form because he'll need to. With Samuel Eto'o out for 5 months, and Valencia in DEVASTATING form, he's gonna have to really step up and live up to his tag of the "best player in the world." |

I'm very dissapointed by Ronaldinho... Ever since the World Cup started he hasn't been playing like the "good old RONALDINHO- the best footballer ever" used to... Let's just hope that he will soon be "the old one". Because football ain't the same without Ronaldinho...
I'm not a Barca fan but I have a lot of respect for Ronaldinho. |

Ronaldinho is not playing well?
IMO he is been outstanding in the ligua as well in the CL. Putrum will agree with me. |

No Afrinux, I don't agree Ronaldinho isn't in a good moment. I hope that he starts to play well in the next games because we have complicated games. Barça - Sevilla, Chelsea - Barça, Barça - Real Madrid and Barça - Chelsea. And other players like Puyol, Marquez or Deco aren't in a good moment either. |

Afrinux man the guy is playing like everyone else. Ok he is doing a few flicks and tricks here and there but nowhere near as many as before. He just looks like an ordinary player. No flame and magic in his game.
Last year when he gets the ball and runs at defenders you can tell they are scared to s**t of this guy. I mean he just blows past them like they aren't even there. Now I feel like I am watching a Premiership game (no offence to the English). Whats the matter with him? is he afrad to dribble or something. Maybe its cuz Inter Millan want him and he is not happy here anymore, or maybe its Cuz they haven't renewed his contract or given him mmore money. Ronnie is my hero but he is just lacking big time. COME ON RONNIE. whats Ronnie email? maybe we can send him some encouraging or something |
||||||||
|
|
|||||||||
|
also he keeps getting dispossessed. Defenders just keep taking the ball when he dribbles. Maybe the defenders are harder and he hasn't found a way to beat them yet. Cristiano Ronaldo is nowhere near as good as ronaldinho but now he is playing better than ronaldinho.
Maybe he has lost his skill set or something. I JUST DON'T KNOW waht ever it is he needs to get his ass into gear and play that sexy football that he does otherwise we can kiss the CL goodbye as well as the la liga. |

Leave Ronaldinho.
Even if he only had one leg he would be better than most of the other players. Unfortunately, He'll be on shape again the day of the Real Madrid - Barcelona, you'll see. But I wouldn't mind if he's never the same he used to |

My guess is he wants to leave. If thats true there will be huge pandamonium. If it does happen, here's to him going to Milan.

We do Raul, thank you for backing up Ronnie. It surprises me though You all might not agree with me, but I think he is doing fine and playing very well. He will hit his top form again sooner or later. How can you except an human being to keep top form for 4 consecutive years!? |

Got some more news
There are three different articles about Ronaldinho's performance. I believe something is up. OK OK the guy can't do 100% all the time but he should at least give 100% at 80% of the games.I will post one big report because I can't post multiple times. OH and this is to the comment above. Zidane is good but Ronaldinho is a god o that pitch. He owns the pitch as soon as he walks on it and the does the sign of the cross. There is good, better and then THE BEST. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Barcelona No1 Valdes: Ronaldinho in perfect shape tribalfooball.com - October 04, 2006 Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes has jumped to the defence of teammate Ronaldinho. The Brazilian's sudden drop in form has been leapt upon by critics, but Valdes says: "I do not know if he is in form or not - and I am not someone who can judge that, but I see him as perfect. "He gives everything for his teammates and I believe that he is the best, as he has always demonstrated." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Barcelona president: No problems with Ronaldinho tribalfooball.com - October 02, 2006 Barcelona president Joan Laporta insists there's no concerns inside the club over Ronaldinho's poor recent form. "Ronaldinho is at an excellent level," declared Laporta. "What happens is that people demand the maximum from him for being the best player in the world. "He is demonstrating that he is a player of great quality. He has presence and he is always a very important element in the team for his quality and the concern he gives to opponents. "With his fight, he demonstrates the total commitment that he has for our organization." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Marquez blames busy pre-season for Barca's lack of spark Wed Oct 4, 2006 6:05 PM BST139 MADRID, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Barcelona defender Rafael Marquez on Wednesday blamed too many matches in the pre-season including the Tour of Mexico and the U.S. for their below-par performances since the season began. "We haven't had an adequate pre-season. We played too many games, had little rest and have not done enough work," the Mexican international told a news conference. "Now we are having to work very hard to recover our form." The European and Spanish champions went on a two-week promotional tour of North America at the beginning of August, playing four games along the way, and then returned to play five high-profile games in 12 days. They played two legs of the Spanish Super Cup against Espanyol, the European Super Cup against Sevilla, and the traditional Hans Gamper trophy against Bayern Munich, before their league opener away to Celta Vigo. Although Barcelona are top of the Primera Liga after five games, they have lacked some of the spark of last season and struggled to play their trademark high tempo, attacking football. In particular, Brazilian playmaker Ronaldinho has not been as influential as usual. Now, with a flurry of tough games approaching in October including league clashes with Sevilla and Real Madrid and a Champions League double-header against Chelsea, Marquez hopes the club can hit top form. "Ronaldinho seems fine to us though we haven't seen that much of him in recent matches," Marquez said. "He is still capable of turning a game at any moment with a pass or a goal. "We have some difficult games approaching, starting with Sevilla and we need to work extra hard to get rid of these doubts that are being generated about our form." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
