Moxey: Camara to highest bidder |
|
Camara, who joined Wanderers in summer 2003, has spent this season on loan at Celtic and latterly Southampton after refusing to play or train with Wolves following their relegation from the top flight at the end of last season.
And Moxey has confirmed the club, who have received £1.7million in loan fees for the forward in the last nine months, are in "selling mode". Moxey told the club's official website: "In an ideal world he would be sold to the highest bidder following a competitive auction on or before June 30. "There has been interest from Premiership clubs - I've recently received calls from three Premier League club chairmen and I've promised to keep them informed. "Although Camara is for sale, we will not be pushed into a corner when it comes to our valuation for him, either because we've already received loan fees or because of the controversy he caused last summer." |
