Is Toshack's statment correct about England? |
|
Toshack claims England 'have still got to prove they can be one of the top six' and 'may have to rethink' tactics against leading teams after their unconvincing 1-0 win in Cardiff.
Michael Owen shot back that they played as well as they had to in beating Wales and would have performed much better against Brazil or Argentina. Comments? |

I think England have to prove that they have the temperament to win the big competitions.
They definitely have the players and the setup to be one of the top six. |

They have the quality i question the bottle!
If the team gels and Rooney and Owen are fit then we have a chance! We are always capable of coming from behind too and if we play the English way and battle - We always look like scoring! The problem is that if the game is slowed down or the opposition are more minor we come down one or two levels and struggle! |
