Do Chelsea Play Boring Football?

Me personall I wouldn't call it boring though I can't argue they don't play the most entertaining brand of football, like a Arsenal or even Manchester United. My main problem with the way Chelsea plays is that when they get ahead even 1 goal, they seem to just fall back and stop attacking. When Arsenal or Man U. gets up, nothing changes, they attack, attack, and after that attack some more. Boring? No. Incredible and exciting? No. Efficient, yes.

Yea, i agree JMF, i don't like when we fall back after a 1 goal lead, we should just go get the 3-5 goals
But we do play great football when we want too, its just people see when we play bad, and make a big thing outta it! Its all about tactics, and getting the win

I agree with this aswell. Liverpool do the same thing and have done for aslong as i remember only difference is we make it harder for ourselves because when we go infront we concede unlike Chelsea.
The brand Chelsea play obviously is good because they have won 2 league titles in the last 2 years. if its getting you 3 points every week then its not worth complaining about.

Chelsea do play boring football all they do is think that they can win every single match by paying the referees so i think it is unfair mourinho does my head in as he always complains

well if thats true then i would rather play boring football then your insulting yourself cause we have been champions for two years now.

Chelsea actually play good football if the games tied or they are behind, non of the Chelsea v barca games where boring and when they play robben it's never boring as he can't defend he just runs at defenders until full time.

but agreed when they are infront they seem to chose to defend the lead.

there are sometimes when they just play like they dont want to win but for example when they fall behind they fight back and play very good football
